I am just setting the mental image for you all – if this were my house I would spend my days frolicking about in a crochet dress, messy beach hair, green tea and a sketch book.
Seriously, what a bohemian paradise. The tranquillity of this home looks unbelievable, so peaceful, calming and homely. This picturesque pad full of eclectic details, textiles and travel finds is home to Emily Wright, designer and founder of local homewares and accessories label Nancybird, and her partner Robert Dabal, an ecologist. The pair moved into their Melbourne home after a major renovation and extension.
The concept for the renovation was to incorporate as much natural light, and materials as possible. The use of the timber throughout is so appealing to me, and I also love the idea of natural light in the mornings.
Favourite image, absolutely 100% no questions about it….. that bathroom. It’s beautiful!
